We take the safety of our employees and our guests seriously. We adhere to the industry guidelines (from the Tourism Business Council (TBCSA)) on hygiene and sanitation.

We adhere to the core principles which apply across the industry for guests and staff:

  • Correct use of masks and other protective gear (PPE).
  • Effective and regular hand sanitising.
  • Regular surface cleaning of all types of surfaces.
  • Physical distancing through-out all facilities and sites, and in all types of crafts and vehicles.
  • Obtaining required COVID-19 guest information.

For your information, we clearly indicate when the room was last occupied.

  • Check-in and check-out will be done without contact as far as possible.
  • Cash handling will be kept to a minimum as far as possible.
  • We clean and sanitise all surfaces frequently.
  • We use appropriate disinfectants.
  • We encourage good hand hygiene.
  • Sanitiser is available throughout the property for use by staff and guests.
  • Frequently touched surfaces are sanitised more regularly.
  • We ventilate all rooms during cleaning.
  • When replacing linen, it is bagged in the room before transporting it.
  • We use the highest temperature setting when doing laundry.
  • Our team is trained and protected.
  • Our staff are trained on best hygiene practices.
  • We screen our staff daily for any COVID-symptoms.
  • We supply our team with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safely manage their tasks.
  • Social distancing is enforced between colleagues and guests.
  • A plan is in place to take care of any staff member or guest displaying COVID-19 symptoms.

We are Open and Safe to Stay (in terms of implementing cleaning and hygiene protocols). Please check your current local regulations to determine whether you are allowed to travel!
